How affordable is it to have our own website?

Having your website is most likely more affordable than you realise.

Mini-sites are ideally suited for the small and medium clubs and organisations.

Once you have set up and fine-tuned your site, and members start using it, you will wonder how you did without it for so long.

Standard website

A starter two page standard website package, including your free sub-domain name, and hosting for 12 months, is only $99.00. (additional pages are $55.00 each).

Your initial meeting, discussion and planning (30 minutes) is free of charge. Additional planning time is charged at $12.50 per quarter hour.

Testing and corrections (if any) are included in the quoted prices.

Prices are based on the majority of the information being provided electronically. Word processor documents are quite ok.

Extra facilities for your standard website

Each extra facility is $25.00 per item.

  • Membership renewals.

  • Newsletters links (current and archived) **

  • Membership listing on line, or downloadable

  • Member forum or chat room

** Your monthly newsletter converted to a PDF (Adobe portable format) file and displayed on your website as a link for viewing or downloading with Adobe Reader.

Changes & Enhancements

Minor changes to details such as contact details - names, phone numbers, addresses, e-mail addresses, etc up to 15 minutes are undertaken free of charge as part of our customer service.

More significant enhancements and changes to your existing site are undertaken at $55.00 per hour, in 15 minute increments, with a cap of one hour per page.

Newsletter distribution

Your newsletter can be distributed automatically, via our auto-responder service with your choice of a formatted HTML e-mail or plain text e-mail with a link to the formatted PDF version.

Given the tightening up of Internet Service Providers on blocking what they consider as 'spam', a link to the PDF file is recommended to avoid an increasing number of your members being unable to receive their newsletter. This is an issue particularly with those members using hotmail, Yahoo, AOL or other free e-mail addresses.

This facility can also be used for general or specific broadcast messages to all your members.

The price for the newsletter distribution service is $25.00 per month, including maintenance of your mailing list on our server.


Reliable hosting can be arranged for your full domain (eg and is approximately $55.00 per year. Please enquire for current pricing as this tends to vary slightly depending on what special offers are available at the time of enquiring.
